Pennsylvania Scholastic Cycling

It's great to see the Pennsylvania Scholastic Cycling League has a blog now. The league is dedicated to the development of mountain biking as a youth sport in Pennsylvania. Due to the limitations of being a new and growing sport, the league offers a few different ways to make competitive high school racing a reality: recognized high school teams made up of one school district, conglomerate teams of multiple school districts, and unattached racing for anyone who doesn't have a team. There are currently two conferences to compete in, the Eastern and Central Conferences. The blog outlines the simple steps it takes to start a team through USA Cycling, so hopefully a Western Conference will develop soon as well. Start spreading the word so the Western Conference becomes a reality, and if you can, get involved in any way possible.
